Hanbok Wave

The Hanbok Wave Project, linked with Hallyu, involves collaboration between Korean hanbok SMEs with potential and technology and Hallyu culture and arts personalities.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Craft & Design Foundation are driving this initiative to create hanbok products suitable for the global market and to forge new values in Hallyu.

This year, marking its fourth year, Actress Suzy participated in designing and presenting hanbok.
Suzy's involvement in product development and photoshoots tailored to her personality and image plays a significant role in promoting the charm and value of hanbok on the global stage and in creating new trends in Hallyu.

Participating companies include Songhwa by Jeong, OUWR, HANBOK MOON, Tchai Kim, Yuhyunhwa Hanbok, and HAPPLY. These six hanbok ventures developed a total of 60 hanbok-related products.
